Clear terms for a considered surprise.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern use of the TadaDrop Fragrance Drop storefront and purchases from TadaDrop. By using the site, you confirm that you can form a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Curated surprise product

A Fragrance Drop is a curated mystery purchase. Curator's Choice gives broad creative freedom; Personalize uses the selected direction and submitted preferences as guidance. Exact fragrances, bottle styles and combinations are intentionally undisclosed and may vary.

3. Editions and condition

Discovery and Reserve each contain exactly two authentic, brand-new, full-size fragrance bottles. Reserve carries a higher minimum combined retail value standard than Discovery. Images illustrate the presentation and curation level, not a promise of a specific bottle.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Discovery is currently $88, originally $118. Reserve is currently $118, originally $168. Standard shipping to an eligible contiguous U.S. physical address is included. The full amount appears before payment approval.

5. Orders and payment

Adding a Drop to a bag does not reserve inventory. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders affected by errors, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, unsupported addresses, policy violations or legal restrictions. Any canceled paid order will be refunded to the original method.

6. Preferences and allergies

Preferences guide rather than guarantee a selection. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and safety information on delivered products before use. Contact support before ordering if a serious or medically significant sensitivity may affect safe selection.

7. Shipping, cancellation and claims

Processing, shipping, cancellation and issue-resolution rules are described in Shipping & Returns and are incorporated into these Terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

TadaDrop names, packaging, photographs, copy and site design are owned by or licensed to TadaDrop. Product marks on delivered merchandise remain the property of their respective owners. TadaDrop does not claim affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
